Charting A Course
with Emotional and Challenging Riding Students
As a riding instructor, chances are you've bumped into students' emotional expressions during their lessons. Maybe a crying student, or an angry one, or a fearful one. These situations happen over and over again~and actually, for some very logical reasons!
This class will offer you tools to use to help students navigate through these experiences in a way that keeps you comfortably within your scope of expertise as a riding instructor. In addition, you will learn techniques to help reduce the risk of compassion fatigue so you can keep on loving your job and doing your best work.
This class will be conducted as a tele-class. Join us from the comfort of your own home! And, if you can't actually "meet" with us, participants will all have access to a recording of the call. You can listen at your convenience...over and over again.
